And now for the details: cutlery, crockery, wine glasses and all the various kitchen aids you might need for preparing your favourite dishes and drinks can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers.

For occasions when indoor meals are required, the dining table seats up to 6 people. Designed in light wood, it adds to the airy feel of the living space.

The living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table and sideboard, which holds a flatscreen TV and modern hi-fi system. High-speed internet and Amazon Prime mean that everyone can find something to entertain them.

The master bedroom for 2 people awaits you with a double bed, anti-allergen bedding, a TV and reading lamps. The built-in wardrobe was handmade by the village carpenter and features practical interior lighting. The balcony door provides access to both terrace and garden.

The second bedroom is also for 2 people and fitted with a double bed, anti-allergen bedding, a TV and reading lamps. The handmade wardrobe was crafted by our local carpenter and again features interior lighting. This bedroom has a garden view.

The third bedroom is also for 2 people and fitted with a double bed, anti-allergen bedding and reading lamps. Again, the handmade wardrobe was crafted by our local carpenter.

In the lobby you will find a large mirrored wardrobe for all your jackets.

The spacious bathroom has a two-sink console, a shower and a toilet. Blue lighting creates an atmospheric mood, while the generous bathtub is the perfect place to ease your limbs after an active day out.

The integrated towel heater ensures that dry towels and bathrobes will be waiting for you to freshen up with in the evening. We will happily change your towels in accordance with your wishes, and also provide complimentary shampoo, shower gel and soap.

Soak up the sunshine and stunning Tyrolean scenery from your private terrace and garden. With direct access to several rooms in the apartment, you can enjoy the inspiring view of the mountains from sunrise to sunset.

The lush lawn is the perfect place to unwind on warm days, with ample space for everyone to sunbathe. The well-maintained garden is a tranquil haven for enjoying a truly relaxing holiday.

Bordering the garden and with direct access to the kitchen, the spacious terrace provides the opportunity to dine outdoors or enjoy a drink on those long, light-filled summer evenings. Smoking is also permitted.
