Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We will thus only process your data in accordance with legal requirements (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection statement we would like to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

Personal Data
Personal data transmitted electronically via this website – for example name, email address, address or other personal details – will only be used by us for its designated purpose, stored securely and never passed on to third parties. The provider automatically collects and saves information from your web server, such as browser type, operating system, referral site, IP address, time of access etc. This data cannot be attributed to specific persons without first checking further data sources, and we will not process or use it further provided there has been no illegal use of our website.

Data Storage
We would like to point out that to enable a simplified purchase process and ensure that the website owner is later able to fulfil contracts, this website uses cookies to save the IP data of website visitors as well as customers’ name, address and, if applicable, credit card details.

In addition, the following data is stored to enable contract processing: name, address, date of birth, age and, if applicable, bank details. The data you provide is necessary to fulfil contracts or to carry out pre-contractual processes. We are unable to enter into a contract with you without these details. No data will be passed on to third parties, with the exception of transmitting credit card details to the credit institute / payment processor responsible for debiting the cost of your order, to the courier company / postal service commissioned by us to deliver your goods, and to our tax advisor for the purpose of meeting our fiscal obligations. If the order process is cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. Should the contract be completed, we will store all data provided in the course of the order until the fiscal storage period (7 years) has expired.

In addition, name, address, service purchased and date of purchase data will be stored until the liability period (10 years) has expired. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legal requirements set out in § 96 Para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (contract) of the GDPR.

Form Data
When visitors to our website fill in one of our online forms, the data provided (name, email, telephone number, number of people, date and time) and their IP address will be saved. This is done for security purposes – in case a visitor creates illegal content (offensive comments, left- or right-wing extremist propaganda, hate postings etc.) – and for the further processing and transmission of our service offer. In such cases we are interested in the identity of the visitor.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that your browser saves on your device. The files are completely harmless.

We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain saved on your device until you delete them. They help us to recognise your browser if you visit our website again.

If you don’t want cookies to be stored on your device, you can adjust the settings on your browser so that it informs you about the placement of cookies and allows you to grant permission on a case-by-case basis.

If you choose to de-activate cookies, this may limit the functioning of our website.

Data Protection for the Use of Facebook

Our website contains integrated plugins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. An overview of all Facebook plugins can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our website, the plugin creates a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. This sends Facebook the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook “Like button” while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our website to your Facebook profile. This enables Facebook to link your visit to our website with your user account. We would like to make clear that as operators of this website we do not receive any information from Facebook about the contents of the data transmitted or their usage. Further information about this can be found in Facebook’s data protection statement at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php If you don’t want Facebook to link your visit to our website with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook account.

Data Protection for the Use of Google Analytics
If you have declared your agreement, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Its usage involves the “Universal Analytics” operating mode. This makes it possible for data, sessions and interactions conducted using several devices to be linked by a pseudonym user ID and for one user’s activities across several devices to be analysed.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your website usage. The information about your usage of this website created by these cookies will generally be transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where it will be stored. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will first shorten your IP address within the European Union or in other European Economic Area states that are party to the treaty. We would like to make you aware that Google Analytics has been enhanced by IP anonymisation (so-called “IP masking”) on this website, in order to guarantee the anonymous collection of IP addresses. The IP address transmitted from your browser to Google Analytics will not be added to other data collected by Google. More information about the terms of use and data protection can be found on https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.

Purpose of processing
On behalf of the owner of this website, Google uses this information to analyse your use of this website, to create reports about website activity and to provide the website operator with further services relating to website and internet usage.

Legislative basis
The legislative basis for the use of Google Analytics is your agreement in accordance with Fig. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit a GDPR.

Recipient / Recipient Categories
The recipient of the data collected is Google.

Transmission to third-party states
Personal data is transmitted to the USA under the terms of the EU-USA Privacy Shield on the legislative basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision. The certificate can be found here.

Duration of data storage
The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user recognition (e.g. user IP) or commercial IDs will be automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose expiration date has been reached will be automatically deleted once a month.

Data subject rights
You may revoke your agreement at any time with future effect by preventing the storage of cookies on your device. You can do this by changing the settings of your browser software. We would, however, like to point out that this may prevent you from enjoying the full scope of this website’s functionality.

Your Rights
You fundamentally have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, revocation and objection. If you have cause to believe that your data is being processed in violation of Data Protection Law or that your rights to data protection have otherwise been injured, you can make a complaint to the overseeing body. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
